The problem we lived
We spent years building and managing marketplaces for clients — primarily on Sharetribe. Every project hit the same wall: the marketplace launched, transactions started, and then the operator was on their own — manually checking listings, chasing inactive sellers, guessing which users might churn.
Your marketplace platform gives you everything to launch. But once you have 500 listings, 80 active sellers, and subscription renewals coming due — you need operations intelligence that simply doesn't exist in the admin panel.
